Experience leading use and validation of AI-assisted software development tools focused on correctness, performance, and security.

Experienced in financial services IT systems and familiar with regulatory and security requirements.
Capable of driving AI-assisted development adoption and enforcing quality, security, and resiliency standards.
Able to operate in agile CI/CD environments with strong system design and operational stability focus.
