Identify and analyze business processes to design and develop automation solutions using Python and Microsoft Power Platform.
Create, optimize, and maintain dashboards, reports, and Power BI visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
Develop, document, and integrate automation workflows, APIs, and Power Apps to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience with Python programming, Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), and data analytics tools.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency with scripting/automation tools including VBA, REST API concepts, data handling (JSON, SQL fundamentals).
Experience with Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint Online and use of version control tools such as GitHub.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical skills in automation and data visualization combined with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable digital transformation and process automation.
Comfortable adopting emerging AI and cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AI productivity tools) to enhance automation and analytics capabilities.
