Design, build, and enhance scalable, secure full-stack applications supporting Risk Minimization systems for specific drug lines (IMiDs and CELMoDs).
Develop and maintain microservices, REST APIs, UI components using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL in a cloud-native AWS environment with containerization and BPM platforms.
Own end-to-end software lifecycle activities including coding, CI/CD pipeline management, deployment automation, compliance with validation and audit standards, and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of hands-on full stack software development experience.
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, PostgreSQL (or MySQL/Oracle), AWS cloud services, and BPM platforms like Camunda or equivalents.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
Experience working in regulated life-sciences or similarly compliance-driven environments preferred; GxP/process compliance knowledge beneficial but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cloud-native, microservices architectures with strong full-stack development skills and ability to deliver secure, scalable applications meeting business and regulatory needs.
Comfortable collaborating remotely across global Agile teams and aligning with multidisciplinary stakeholders including Product Management, Architecture, Quality Assurance, and Risk Management.
Has demonstrated leadership in technical ownership, driving best engineering practices, and mentoring junior developers in complex, regulated software delivery contexts.
