Own end-to-end development of a Tableau-to-Power BI migration platform including React and Streamlit frontends, Python backend services, and integrations with Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI APIs.
Design and implement migration workflows covering discovery, conversion, validation, quality control, and deployment of BI artifacts.
Build and maintain secure, containerized CI/CD deployment pipelines with monitoring, logging, and enterprise-grade authentication (SSO, OAuth, RBAC).
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of professional experience with Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and data integration.
Strong software engineering skills with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Streamlit, REST APIs, and experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes.
Experience implementing security protocols including SSO, OAuth 2.0, RBAC, and service-to-service authentication.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant BI software engineering and migration roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise analytics, BI migration, or data platform product development involving Tableau and Power BI ecosystems.
Comfortable working at the intersection of software engineering and enterprise BI with deep knowledge of Tableau (TWB/TWBX) and Power BI (semantic models, DAX, RLS) artifacts.
Skilled in DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipeline creation and managing infrastructure with Terraform or similar IaC tools in cloud or enterprise on-prem environments.
