Perform manual and automated testing (regression, functional, performance) of business-facing applications, primarily in financial and asset management domains.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required.
5-8 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within IT, with domain expertise in front office trading applications and financial/asset management data.
Experience with manual and automated testing, test planning, execution, and performance testing tools like Selenium, Spec Flow, HP Quality Center (ALM), Jira.
Familiarity with SDLC and testing methodologies including Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and proficiency in test management and defect tracking systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced QA professional with deep knowledge of financial/asset management domain and designing QA strategies for complex data flows.
Capable of independently managing multiple QA projects using diverse tools and methodologies, emphasizing automation and process improvements.
Comfortable in cross-functional collaboration with development and product teams in fast-paced environments with flexible work schedules.
