Own end-to-end technical planning, execution, and delivery of Linux-based software platforms including BSP, kernel, middleware, and system integration across SoCs.
Act as the technical integrator and single point of ownership driving cross-functional alignment among silicon, software, validation, and product teams for platform bring-up, release, and stabilization.
Provide technical guidance and oversight on Linux kernel internals, Yocto build systems, device trees, bootloaders, and ensure compliance with upstream kernel and open-source best practices.
Minimum Requirements
6 to 9 years of relevant experience in Linux software platform development and integration.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of software engineering experience, OR Master's degree with 2+ years, OR PhD with 1+ year experience.
Strong expertise in Linux kernel internals including drivers, power management, security, and embedded BSP development.
Hands-on experience with ARM-based SoCs, Yocto/BitBake build systems, device tree management, bootloaders (UEFI, U-Boot), and debugging tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to drive complex multi-team technical programs with strong execution, risk management, and milestone delivery skills.
Experience acting as a technical integrator bridging software, silicon, validation, and product teams in a cross-functional environment.
Background in mainline Linux kernel development or upstream contributions, with understanding of open-source compliance and community engagement.
