Minimum Requirements
5 to 10 years of experience in C/C++ design and coding, preferably in a Linux environment.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, multi-threading, thread synchronization, inter-process communication, and distributed computing fundamentals.
Experience with performance profiling tools (e.g., vtune, Oprofiler, perf, Nvidia Nsight) and low-level code optimization techniques (vectorization, intrinsics, cache-aware programming).
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related disciplines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in HPC domain with expertise in system profiling, bottleneck analysis, and workflow optimization.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex software system designs and unblock technical challenges for team members.
Hands-on experience with low-level Linux OS internals, parallel programming frameworks, and software development best practices in Agile environments.
