Minimum Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience in vibration simulation and structural mechanics.
MTech or PhD in Material Science, Civil, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering from premier institutes (e.g., IISc Bangalore, IITs).
Strong programming skills in Python; proficiency in Abaqus simulation tool is mandatory.
Demonstrated expertise in vibration modelling, solid and structural mechanics, material science related to vibration fatigue, and numerical methods like Finite Element Methods.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in integrating AI/ML approaches (neural networks, random forest, xgboost, GPR, PINNs, operator learning) with physics-based simulations.
Hands-on with scripting and development for complex 3D multiphysics models, indicating strong technical and analytical operating style.
Capable of working in global, multidisciplinary teams and communicating technical concepts effectively.
