Product Manager

Own and lead the product vision, scope, and usability of end-user facing products built on the Medha Analytics Platform.

Collaborate closely with data engineering, functional teams, and business users to prioritize and drive product feature development.

Define success metrics, analyze performance, and coordinate dependencies and trade-offs for product development within healthcare analytics.

4 years of experience in technical Product Management closely working with analysts and database teams.

Minimum 3 years experience with analytics tech stack, ETL/Data Transformation, Data Visualization, Data Science tools.

PGDM from a leading management institute and B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent.

Hands-on experience with data modelling, data science, data visualization, and data governance.

Demonstrated ability to develop and manage scaled, innovative data platforms and technical services with a cross-disciplinary technical and business perspective.

Experience working with big data technologies, real-time and batch data streams, and ability to validate SQL queries and understand ETL and data visualization concepts.

Skilled in data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills and capability to create shared product vision from diverse inputs.
