AI Detect and Respond Engineer

Monitor emerging AI-enabled threats targeting LLM and agentic systems; detect and respond to attacks like prompt injections, tool abuse, and data exfiltration.

Build and manage AI protection platforms including policy authoring, telemetry logging, and enforcement across cloud environments (Azure, AWS).

Develop AI-powered detection tooling, collaborate with security and threat intelligence teams, and translate AI risks into actionable business recommendations.

5+ years in Detection and Response engineering, including at least 1 year focused on AI/ML systems.

Experience with security enforcement platforms (e.g., Zscaler, Netskope) and cloud security across Azure and AWS, including their AI/ML services.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

Experience with LLM and agentic attack techniques, MITRE ATLAS/ATT&CK frameworks, and scripting languages like Python, Go, or PowerShell.

Experienced in operational security defense within AI-driven environments, especially managing AI risks in multi-cloud settings.

Comfortable translating complex AI security threats into business impact for diverse stakeholders.

Skilled at integrating AI detection and response workflows using SIEM, SOAR, and EDR with an emphasis on automation and predictive analytics.
