Define and own the long-term vision and product roadmap for Uber's Global Payment Compliance Platform, balancing regulatory requirements, user needs, and business growth.
Build and evolve core compliance capabilities such as KYB, KYC, PRRM, EDD, ODD, leveraging AI and driving automation.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle and collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Payments, and Operations to deliver compliance products at scale.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years experience as a Product Manager.
Experience in compliance/regulatory products with knowledge of AML, KYC, ODD, EDD, Screening processes.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical/quantitative field.
At least 50% in-office work required unless approved for full remote (location/onsite constraints).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated experience managing complex compliance or regulatory product roadmaps with technical depth to coordinate large engineering efforts.
Proven ability to influence leadership and cross-org alignment on product strategy and execution in a global, multi-market environment.
Experienced in building and launching internal/enterprise platforms at global scale bridging digital and physical regulatory contexts.
