Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of Omnivise Fleet SCADA including pilot deployments and market adoption.
Lead establishment and operations of the Fleet SCADA Competence Center spanning Product Management, Development, Engineering, Service, and Support.
Manage OEM partnership with Siemens, including governance, licensing, WinCC OA customization, and integration with Siemens Energy digital ecosystem.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Instrumentation & Control, or related field.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Product Management, SCADA Systems, Industrial Automation, Energy Management, or Digital Products.
Hands-on knowledge of WinCC OA platform capabilities, architecture, lifecycle management, and deployment models.
Experience managing OEM or technology vendor partnerships and driving cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, service, and business teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading industrial software products from concept to deployment, especially in SCADA or digital solutions for energy/industrial customers.
Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior and global teams.
Proven ability to build and operate competence centers with processes for development, testing, training, and support in a complex industrial software environment.
