Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software engineering discipline.
8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong experience with Kubernetes, AWS/Cloud platforms, Big Data/ETL pipelines, and development in Java, Python, or Scala.
Demonstrated knowledge in SRE best practices, production debugging, observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.), and CI/CD toolchains (Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with capability to influence and coordinate multiple engineering teams delivering complex automation and operational improvements in large-scale environments.
Proficient in applying enterprise AI-assisted development tools responsibly with governance, security, and data sensitivity considerations.
Strong background in site reliability engineering practices with ability to drive measurable improvements in application/platform reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
