Middle Data Scientist

Own end-to-end data science lifecycle including data preprocessing, exploratory analysis, statistical modeling, and deriving business insights.

Design, build, deploy, and continuously improve predictive and machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering, time-series).

Lead A/B test design and analysis, collaborate with Data Engineers on data pipelines, and mentor junior data scientists on responsible AI use.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Data Science, Statistics, ML, or equivalent preferred.

2–4 years experience as a Data Scientist or equivalent ML role with end-to-end model development and experimentation ownership.

Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn; XGBoost/LightGBM/TF/PyTorch), SQL with window functions, MLflow/W&B or similar tools.

Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency; work location: Noida office.

Experience driving AI-first engineering practices and influencing product/business decisions through data insights.

Comfortable managing full ML lifecycle and collaborating across data engineering and product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Skilled in advanced statistical methods and experimental design, with ability to communicate statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
