Own the end-to-end product features for Talent Forge, enabling customers to create and deploy applications and AI agents on the Eightfold platform.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to define, build, test, monitor, and ship AI-driven features rapidly.
Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities, prioritize features, and shape differentiated AI-powered talent intelligence products.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of product management experience.
Working understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents with hands-on AI product or project experience.
Familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and data models.
Location requirement: Hybrid work model with Bangalore office presence expected 3 days per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in owning full product feature lifecycles in enterprise SaaS with a focus on AI-driven products.
Comfortable working closely with cross-functional technical teams and translating customer needs into scalable AI solutions.
Familiarity or interest in HR technology, developer platforms, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code environments is a plus.
