Lead I - Product Management

Lead product definition and delivery for a global clinical trials platform by translating complex problems into actionable, high-value outcomes.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog, define MVP scope, and drive agile delivery processes including sprint ceremonies and release planning.

Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, engineering, UX, and architecture to ensure risk mitigation, solution shaping, and product validation.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/related engineering with 5+ years in Product Ownership/Management OR MBA with 3+ years in Product Ownership/Management or Business Analyst to Product role progression.

Proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and backlog management tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Experience writing PRDs, epics, user stories, and Gherkin-style acceptance criteria.

Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to improve product workflows.

Demonstrated ability to break down ambiguous business problems into prioritized, actionable backlogs with measurable impact.

Experienced in stakeholder management across business, engineering, architecture, and UX in a regulated or complex product environment (e.g., clinical trials).

Comfortable working in an agile delivery environment and driving cross-functional collaboration among diverse teams.
