Manage database architectures, backup/recovery, disaster recovery, performance tuning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for database reliability.
Minimum Requirements
10-15 years work experience managing large-scale production SQL Server environments.
Strong expertise in SQL Server Administration, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Backup & Recovery, Performance Tuning, and Always On Availability Groups.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields; Microsoft SQL Server/Azure Database certifications preferred.
Work Location: Bangalore/Kochi; Work Mode: Hybrid.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex database modernization, migration, and optimization projects in enterprise environments.
Proficient in Azure SQL Database, Azure Managed Instance, PowerShell Scripting, Git/Azure DevOps, and cloud migration and modernization.
Familiarity with Healthcare/Patient Hub domain, data warehousing, and BI tools like Power BI; capable of team leadership and stakeholder management.
