Configure and maintain low-code/no-code automation and reconciliation solutions for State Street Markets Operations.
Support delivery lifecycle including testing, deployment, and stabilization for automation projects adhering to governance and risk standards.
Engage with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, troubleshoot production issues, and support BAU changes to improve operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
10-14 years of experience in technology project execution or automation configuration roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
Exposure to Low-Code/No-Code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform preferred) and automation technologies such as RPA, scripting, Python; knowledge of reconciliation tools desirable.
Must be willing to work US shift hours (06:00 PM - 03:00 AM IST) and based in Mumbai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven hands-on configurator and executor skilled in building and enhancing automation solutions under delivery governance.
Comfortable working in a multi-stakeholder environment with strong attention to delivery quality and risk controls.
Experienced in financial services operational processes with ability to identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
