Maintain and support enterprise Wintel, VMware, HCI and cloud infrastructure environments to ensure reliability, security, and availability.
Perform VMware administration at L2/L3 level, including operations, upgrades, patches, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
Provide 24x7 operational support including incident management and collaborate with IT teams for project delivery and system integrations.
Minimum Requirements
6-8 years of relevant experience in Windows System Administration and VMware environments.
Strong hands-on skills in VMware ESX/ESXi (versions 5.5 to 8.0) and Windows Server administration.
Any undergraduate degree in any specialization.
Must support rotational shifts, weekend, and public holiday on-call duties as per schedule.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with enterprise VMware solutions including vMotion, HA, DRS, vSAN, and HCI/VCF technologies.
Familiar with ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management in large enterprise IT operations.
Able to manage Active Directory environments and integrate with other systems while applying rigorous documentation and operational standards.
