Sr. Technical Program Manager, Value Added Services Tech

Lead definition and development of new features and optimizations for a consumer service within Value Added Services Tech serving heavy bulky and high consideration technical product categories.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, UX design, marketing, customer service, and internal/external stakeholders to drive customer experience improvements.

Own technical program management responsibilities including coordinating release schedules and managing program risks and critical paths.

7+ years working directly with engineering teams, including 5+ years technical program or product management experience and 3+ years software development experience.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.

Experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Work Experience Required: 7+ years with engineering teams, including program management and software development.

Experienced technical program manager comfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Skilled in managing multi-disciplinary teams and programs with a focus on process building and risk management.

Ability to define and use KPIs/SLAs for driving multi-million dollar business decisions and reporting to senior leadership.
