Drive incident response, root cause analysis, operational readiness, and cross-team coordination including mentoring engineers and facilitating major technical initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years experience shipping production-quality backend software with ownership of large systems or multi-team initiatives.
Expertise in scalable, maintainable distributed systems design and development, preferably cloud-based (AWS).
Strong hands-on experience with Golang preferred; Java or other backend languages also valuable.
Experience with PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, production observability, high-scale system reliability, and incident management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-team engineering projects in distributed, cloud-native environments related to cybersecurity operations.
Experienced in creating high-level designs, technical strategies, and reusable frameworks for real-time threat detection or exposure management systems.
