Minimum Requirements
5-9 years of work experience required.
Experience in consulting firms or large financial services organizations, preferably in transformation, process improvement or technology programs.
Proficiency in JIRA, PowerPoint, Excel, and basic data analysis mandatory.
Any Graduate degree required (CA Inter, MBA, BCom acceptable); Master’s degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in risk consulting or internal audit function setup and transformation in financial services sector.
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing multi-dimensional project activities including AI and risk technology.
Background in top or mid-tier management consulting firms or equivalent internal consulting roles in large banking or financial institutions.
