Own end-to-end functional testing for TCS BaNCS Payments modules including test scenario creation, execution, and defect management.
Validate payment processing workflows like initiation, status updates, exception handling, reconciliation, including interface and message-based flows (SWIFT, ISO 20022).
Support SIT, UAT, release readiness, and production validation activities with clear status reporting and stakeholder communication.
Minimum Requirements
4-8 years of functional testing experience in banking or payments domain.
Hands-on experience with TCS BaNCS Payments modules and payment processing lifecycle.
Bachelor of Engineering or MBA degree.
Experience in preparing and executing functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios, plus defect closure management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in banking/payments environments with strong understanding of payment workflows and reconciliation.
Skilled in translating business requirements into structured, traceable test cases and managing test evidence through closure.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including business, development, product, and QA stakeholders.
