Build and scale a proactive, programmatic pipeline of senior industry experts aligned with priority sectors, focusing on proactive outreach rather than reactive recruiting.
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to recruit and qualify senior professionals, maintaining accurate profiles and meeting recruiting KPIs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sector needs and support onboarding and activation of newly recruited experts within a performance-driven environment.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic performance.
0–2 years of experience in recruitment, B2B sales, inside sales, business development, lead generation, or similar roles.
Mandatory fixed US-hours night shift work from office (approx. 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM IST).
Strong written and verbal English communication skills and comfort with high-volume cold calling and outbound outreach.
