Drive reporting automation and advanced analytics to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of claims and trade analytics.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, M.Com, BBA, MBA, Finance, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in financial operations, claims, trade promotions, or accounting-related roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced data handling; ability to quickly learn SAP CRM/BW and TPM software.
Prior FMCG industry experience preferred, but not strictly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing claims and trade promotions within FMCG or similar fast-paced industries with cross-functional collaboration.
Analytical with strong skills in translating data findings into actionable improvements, familiar with automation tools like Python, Power BI, or UiPath is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on financial controls and compliance, able to manage exceptions and communicate effectively across teams.
