Perform periodic review and reconciliation of Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet accounts ensuring compliance with defined policies and accurate postings.
Investigate variances between actuals and forecasts, posting adjustments and reporting business reasons for variances.
Plan and execute book close and reporting activities timely and work with teams to prepare forecasts/budgets and improve operational metrics.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, B.C.S, M.Com, MBA, BBA, BBM).
1-2 years of related experience in cost accounting or financial analysis.
Preferred professional certification such as CPA, CFP, CMA, APICS, CA, or CGA.
Willingness to work night shift from 5 PM to 2 AM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in financial/accounting roles focused on cost accounting, variance analysis, and reconciliation.
Comfortable working shifts aligned with night hours and handling operational finance responsibilities.
Capable of collaborating with operations and finance teams for budgeting, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
