Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business/Finance or Product Analyst in Oracle EPM context.
Familiarity with Oracle FCCS/HFM application services and business process understanding.
Exposure to Agile development methodology.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in translating business requirements into technical specifications within financial systems, specifically Oracle FCCS/HFM.
Capable of coordinating across multiple stakeholders including IT, vendors, and business teams in an Agile environment.
Preferred certifications: SAFe Agilist, Oracle FCCS/HFM certifications; understanding of FCCS/HFM financial processes and solution design.
