Director of Cyber Defense Operations , ITC

Lead a global, cross-functional cyber defense team focusing on Threat Intelligence, Detection Engineering, and Attack Surface Management.

Drive process improvements to proactively reduce cyber incidents and manage operational cyber defense activities across Nike’s technical environment.

Collaborate with multiple internal teams and stakeholders to align cyber defense strategies with business goals and reduce cyber risks.

10-15 years in cyber threat intelligence, security operations, or incident response in an enterprise or global environment.

At least 5 years of experience leading global cybersecurity teams.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Work Location: Karnataka, India (Nike India Technology Center)

Experienced leader able to develop and execute strategic vision, roadmap, and budgets in security technology management.

Skilled in translating complex security issues into business terms and influencing senior executives and stakeholders.

Proven ability to build, motivate, and manage high-performing global cyber security teams in a matrixed environment.
