Review and validate Profit and Loss accounts ensuring compliance with policies and accurate variance analysis.
Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts with sub-ledgers, identify and address variances, and manage book-close reporting activities timely and accurately.
Collaborate in forecasting, budgeting, and operational improvements alongside Finance and Operations teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related fields (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA, BBM).
1-2 years of relevant financial analysis or cost accounting experience.
Professional certification preferred (CPA, CFP, CMA, APICS, CA, or CGA).
Willingness to work night shift from 5 PM to 2 AM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience and ability to handle comprehensive account reconciliation and variance analysis tasks.
Capability to work under night shift timings and meet strict reporting deadlines.
Familiarity with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and financial forecasting in a manufacturing or cost accounting environment.
