Director, Regional Operations - Asia + MENA

Lead dubbing production across multiple languages and markets in Asia and MENA, managing end-to-end workflows from material receipt to final asset loading.

Accountable for regional production planning, coordinating schedules, managing vendor and studio performance, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with title launch deadlines.

Partner with Global Localization and internal teams to implement standards and resolve production issues, with focus on quality, risk mitigation, and continuous performance improvement.

Minimum 12 years of experience in dubbing, localization production, media production, or content operations with leadership of teams and external partners.

Proven knowledge of dubbing workflows including adaptation, casting, recording, editing, mixing, quality review, and technical delivery requirements.
