Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst with at least 3 years hands-on Salesforce Administration in multi-cloud environments.
Required certification: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201).
100% in-office role; minimal travel.

Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Administration, including profiles, permission sets, Flows, release/change management, and multi-cloud experience (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ).
Skilled at bridging business requirements with technical platform capabilities and stakeholder collaboration across diverse business functions.
Experienced in driving complex Salesforce projects through all phases with strong process mapping, project management tool proficiency, and governance focus.
