Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 4 years experience in business analysis or related roles.
Strong functional experience with ServiceNow modules ITSM and CMDB (mandatory); good understanding of ServiceNow configuration, scripting basics, and integration.
Experience with Agile, SAFe, or Waterfall development methodologies and building ServiceNow ATF test cases and SOPs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in bridging business analysis with technical testing and validation on ServiceNow platform, ensuring traceability between requirements and test results.
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledgeable in ITSM best practices and comfortable working on large projects involving process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
