Own configuration, customization, and enhancement of ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and Operational Intelligence.
Design and maintain ServiceNow Discovery patterns across on-premises, virtual, and cloud environments and implement Service Mapping for business services with dependency and technical service modeling.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST APIs, MID Servers, and event connectors; support enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments with focus on CMDB architecture, CI modeling, and health improvements.
Minimum Requirements
6–9 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Developer Platform focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and CSM implementations and support.
Undergraduate degree or higher educational qualification.
Strong expertise in configuring ITSM workflows, service catalog, integrations, and automation using Flow Designer.
Work Experience Required: 6–9 years specifically in ServiceNow Developer roles involving ITOM/ITSM/CSM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and supporting complex enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITOM solutions with practical skills in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
Demonstrated ability to handle integrations with multiple third-party monitoring, cloud, and APM tools within ServiceNow.
Comfortable managing CMDB architecture, CI class modeling, relationships, and health improvements in dynamic IT environments.
