Implement, configure, and support Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) solutions to automate reconciliation and financial close processes.
Manage end-to-end ARCS modules including Reconciliation Compliance, Transaction Matching, and Period Close Compliance focusing on configuration, workflows, approvals, and data integration.
Lead testing, deployment, stakeholder coordination, and provide post-go-live support including training and documentation for Finance and IT teams.
Minimum Requirements
Experience in 1-3 Oracle ARCS implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of Oracle ARCS modules: Reconciliation Compliance, Transaction Matching, and Oracle EPM Cloud.
Technical skills including Data Integration/Data Management and integration with Oracle ERP, SAP, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft or similar.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in finance transformation focusing on reconciliation automation and financial controls within Oracle EPM environments.
Comfortable coordinating cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, and IT for requirement gathering and deployment.
Capable of producing detailed solution design, configuration documentation, test scripts, and managing post-implementation support in Oracle ARCS projects.
