Design, develop, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements with focus on data accuracy and usability.
Manage Power BI services including apps, workspaces, dataflows, datasets, gateways, security setup (RLS/OLS), and workspace management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate needs into technical solutions while troubleshooting performance issues.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of professional experience in data and reporting domain with strong Power BI development expertise.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech), MCA, or equivalent required.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, ETL, data modeling, SQL (SQL Server, Azure SQL, or Redshift), and cloud technologies (Azure preferred, AWS desirable).
Experience with Power BI performance optimization, Power BI service management, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data deployments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex Power BI environments managing service components and optimizing report performance using DAX tuning and query optimization.
Comfortable working closely with business stakeholders to interpret requirements into technical BI solutions and has experience in stakeholder management.
Knowledge of data engineering concepts including ETL processes and data pipelines, preferably with Azure Data Factory or similar tools.
