Own coordination and delivery of enhancements for the bank's strategic cross-asset trade processing platform (SABRE), focusing on onboarding new products and system improvements.
Provide third-level business support for trade replication issues and interface between Front Office traders and technical teams to meet project and operational requirements.
Manage project governance, timelines, funding agreements, risk tracking, and assist with testing cycles and documentation within a multi-stakeholder financial markets environment.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years of business analysis, solution design, and end-to-end delivery experience specifically in Financial Markets industry.
Deep expertise in at least one of these areas: Equities and Fixed Income, Commodities (especially Precious & Base Metals), or FX Options including strategies and structures.
Proficient English communication skills (C2 level) and experience with Agile development practices.
Work Experience Required: 12+ years; Location requirement: Chennai, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in trade booking, lifecycling, and pricing using static or market data, with strong understanding of financial products especially FX (swaps, forwards, NDFs) and Interest Rate products (Repo, bonds).
Able to operate at a senior lead level managing cross-discipline teams, project governance, and stakeholder alignment across technical and front office domains.
Comfortable providing detailed documentation, performing risk and gap analyses, and participating actively in testing and support for complex financial market technology platforms.
