Team Lead- Stock Accounting

Lead and manage daily stock accounting operations ensuring timely execution and quality compliance within reporting.

Oversee end-to-end intercompany inventory transactions including purchases, sales, transfers, and settlements.

Drive process improvements, stakeholder collaboration, and maintain high standards of internal controls and reconciliations in stock accounting.

Minimum 15 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) or similar accounting roles with inventory accounting expertise.

Mandatory knowledge of stock/inventory accounting processes and general accepted accounting practices.

Strong proficiency in SAP transactions related to accounting (FB03, FB02, FBL3n, etc.) and advanced Excel skills for process tracking.

University degree or higher education in Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent with strong accounting background.

Experienced leader with direct team management and stakeholder engagement skills in accounting environments.

Deep domain expertise in inventory accounting and related functions including Fixed Assets, Payroll, Cash, Intercompany, Revenue, and OPEX.

Capable of managing complex reconciliations, process optimization, and knowledge transfer within a shared service or global accounting team.
