4+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, or JavaScript; prior experience with ServiceNow platform is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL, familiarity with RESTful APIs, and understanding of AI/ML concepts; ServiceNow certification is highly desirable.
