Develop and maintain highly available, performant features for HackerOne’s CTEM platform aimed at improving workflows and outcomes for Product Security Analysts, researchers, and customers.
Own features/components from development to production, collaborating with engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to deliver on team goals and roadmap priorities.
Leverage AI technologies and data-driven decision making to enhance product quality and customer value, continuously iterating post-launch.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of software development experience in modern SaaS or web application environments.
Proficiency in dynamically typed, object-oriented languages such as Ruby, Python, or JavaScript; practical experience with SQL and relational databases; willingness to work with Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL.
Experience building modern web applications with front-end frameworks like ReactJS and working with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Location requirement: Pune, India with onsite work 3-4 days a week; Visa/work permit sponsorship not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end software development lifecycle in SaaS or web application contexts involving technical collaboration and feature ownership.
Familiarity or willingness to learn and contribute to AI-infused product capabilities and tools (e.g., LangChain, Langfuse, retrieval, agentic workflows).
Comfortable balancing reliability, maintainability, and iterative delivery in evolving product priorities within a security-focused platform.
