Minimum 1 year of operations support experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Work timing required: 2:30pm to 11:30pm shift.
Proficiency with operational systems, tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in commercial banking operations or financial services environment is desired but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in transaction processing with strong accuracy and attention to detail, preferably in financial services or commercial banking.
Ability to identify, research, and resolve operational issues, escalating when necessary to support risk management.
Comfortable working in defined shifts handling routine and moderately complex operational tasks within risk and compliance frameworks.
