Technical Project Manager – .NET & SQL

Manage moderately complex technology projects from initiation through delivery, including scope validation, resource allocation, progress tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

Oversee project delivery processes including change management, risk identification, stakeholder communication, and adherence to project success metrics.

Utilize Agile frameworks and technical expertise to improve processes, manage project budgets, and drive successful completion of projects involving Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server).

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.

12-15 years of overall project/program management experience with hands-on technical experience in design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Experience with Microsoft platform applications including C#, JSON, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.

Experience as Scrum Master with knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and GIT.

Work Experience Required: 12-15 years in project/program management.

Life science/Healthcare sector experience of 5+ years is desirable but not mandatory.

Experienced project manager with technical background specifically on Microsoft platform applications and Agile methodologies, capable of balancing delivery, budget management, and stakeholder communication.

Proven ability to manage moderately complex projects independently while adhering to standards and metrics.

Familiarity with healthcare/life sciences sector and prior Scrum Master experience strongly preferred for success in this role.
