Manage and maintain treasury technology applications (TRAX/Payment Hub, Quantum, eBAM, Online Banking) including static data, user access, and onboarding new banks/payments.
Support Treasury projects, system deployments, upgrades, and act as front-line decision maker for treasury technology issues within a shared services environment.
Work according to night/NAM shift schedule to support global operations and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology related field.
2 to 5 years of progressively responsible experience in treasury technology or finance shared services.
Experience with FIS Treasury applications (TRAX/Payment Hub, Quantum, eBAM) or similar banking/payment tools preferred.
Willingness to work night shifts (NAM shift 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM) and onsite 5 days a week in Bangalore; visa sponsorship not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in treasury technology tool management, bank/payments onboarding, and online banking account management within a shared services or global finance environment.
Strong business acumen in end-to-end treasury processes combined with technical skills such as SQL, JavaScript, Power BI, Power Automate, and Macros as added advantage.
Able to independently resolve treasury technology operational issues with effective communication and decision-making skills under minimal supervision.
