Ability to work full-time onsite at Bangalore Whitefield office on a 5-day workweek.
Accounting certification or equivalent related experience.
Strong digital acumen and knowledge of project management methodologies.

Experience driving quantitative and qualitative improvements and managing continuous improvement projects.
Ability to influence and collaborate across matrix environments without formal authority.
Competent in problem solving, analytical thinking, and familiar with accounting and financial reporting processes within large organizations.
