Accountant (R2R)

Perform Record to Report (R2R) accounting activities for Caterpillar's global entities across US, EAME, and APAC regions from Bangalore COE team.

Maintain accurate financial records compliant with GAAP and generate financial performance reports with analysis for internal and external stakeholders.

Implement and ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures as per organizational and GAAP standards.

3-4 years of total experience, with 2-3 years in captive accounting service centres or large manufacturing/service corporates.

Accounting degree or equivalent; professional certification (CA/CMA/US CPA) preferred.

Basic knowledge of multiple ERP systems, accounting tools, and data analytics.

Must be willing to work onsite in Whitefield, Bangalore; able to work multiple shifts (APAC, EAME, US).

Experienced in handling global accounting processes in a shared services or centre of excellence environment for multiple regions.

Detail-oriented and accurate with solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.

Capable of managing multiple priorities and shifts, comfortable with ERP systems and familiar with financial data analysis and reporting tools.
