Minimum Requirements
3-4 years of experience in accounting.
Accounting degree or equivalent mandatory; professional certification (CA/CMA/US CPA preferred).
Experience in captive accounting service centres or large corporates (4-5 years) with manufacturing and service business exposure.
Willingness to work US Shift (06:00 PM - 03:00 AM IST) and onsite 5 days a week in Bangalore Whitefield office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience handling accounting processes in large corporates or captive service centres supporting manufacturing and service businesses.
Familiarity with multiple ERP systems and accounting tools with basic data analytical skills.
Capable of producing error-free finance reports and automating financial tasks under US time zone and onsite work environment.
