Build and sustain strong relationships with senior government officials and bureaucrats to drive strategic partnership and growth opportunities.

Lead state teams, manage complex multi-stakeholder programs, track program progress and impact through data-backed frameworks and clear reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MBA, Masters in Education, Public Policy or related field.

5-7 years of relevant experience in education sector strategy, government engagement, or project management.

Proven experience managing relationships with senior bureaucrats and working within government education ecosystems.

Experience with leveraging technology products for social impact and designing education interventions with measurable results.

Experienced manager capable of strategic thinking combined with strong execution bias in complex government and education environments.

Comfortable operating in ambiguity while navigating multi-stakeholder ecosystems involving government, product, and business priorities.

Data-driven leader with proven ability to lead teams and deliver measurable impact in public education systems at scale.
