YouTube Content Strategist (Channel Growth) – Bengaluru

Lead topic selection and content strategy for multiple YouTube channels, maintaining a 90-day content slate driven by data such as search demand, competitor analysis, and trend timing.

Own video packaging including titles and thumbnails; improve channel CTR through developing briefs, collaborating with designers, and running A/B tests to optimize performance.

Manage and grow a team of 5-10 designers, researchers, and analysts; build scalable growth strategies across channels with data-driven decision-making and experimentation systems.

5+ years in YouTube packaging, channel strategy, content strategy, or related roles with proven measurable channel growth.

2+ years managing teams of 5-10 people including hiring, coaching, and developing content/creative professionals.

Strong hands-on experience with YouTube CTR metrics, title and thumbnail strategy, A/B testing, and tools like YouTube Studio, vidIQ, TubeBuddy, and spreadsheets.

Work Location: Bengaluru, on-site, 6 days a week.

Data-driven strategist comfortable combining creative judgment with analytics to drive channel growth and packaging optimization.

Experienced player-coach able to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced, high-ownership environments with multiple YouTube channels.

Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows, professional/technology content verticals, and working alongside creators and senior stakeholders.
