RVP , Global Program and Portfolio Management

Lead and provide executive accountability for a global portfolio of 200+ enterprise programs with focus on delivery predictability, quality, customer outcomes, and business performance.

Build and manage a large global delivery organization of 200+ program and project management professionals, developing leadership and scalable delivery capabilities.

Partner with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders to manage complex strategic engagements and drive AI-powered delivery transformation across program management processes.

18+ years in enterprise technology delivery, professional services, consulting, or program/portfolio management leadership.

10+ years leading large, multi-level delivery organizations with 200+ professionals.

Experience managing large-scale portfolios of 200+ concurrent enterprise programs and $100M+ annual delivery revenue.

Strong expertise with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, hybrid methodologies, and delivery economics including forecasting, utilization, margin, and risk management.

Executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence and advise C-suite and senior executives on complex enterprise program delivery.

Proven experience scaling global delivery centers or capability centers, preferably with India-based distributed teams supporting North America, EMEA, APAC markets.

Strategic leader capable of driving enterprise-wide delivery transformation using AI and automation to improve productivity, governance, and customer value realization.
