Execute and design diverse test cases focused on Salesforce applications to ensure software functionality and reliability.
Identify defects and provide insights for improving quality assurance processes within Salesforce ecosystems.
Support end-to-end validation across Sales, Service, and CPQ modules including functional, regression, integration, API, and UAT testing.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in QA/testing with a strong focus on Salesforce applications.
Must have expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ testing, and API testing (REST/SOAP, Postman).
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is required.
Work Experience Required: 3-5 years, including at least 3 years on Salesforce QA/testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in test planning, case design, execution, and defect tracking specifically within Salesforce ecosystems.
Demonstrated ability to validate complex, end-to-end business processes across multiple Salesforce modules (Sales, Service, CPQ).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and capable of operating effectively in such teams.
