Zycus Systems Administration - Manager

Lead and manage a team responsible for administration, support, and continuous improvement of the Zycus Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform.

Oversee day-to-day operations including system configuration, issue escalation, integrations, release planning, and stakeholder coordination across procurement functions.

Drive system adoption, performance metrics, compliance, and strategic roadmap planning for procurement technology enhancements.

8-14 years of experience administering or supporting Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, or procurement technology platforms.

2+ years of experience leading or supervising a team or support function.

Hands-on experience with Zycus strongly preferred; experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or similar platforms may be considered.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Strong functional administration expertise in Source-to-Pay platforms, particularly Zycus or similar procurement systems, with deep process knowledge (requisitioning, invoicing, supplier onboarding, catalog, contract management).

Proven leadership in managing teams and coordinating multi-priority, high-volume support operations with effective stakeholder engagement across Procurement, IT, AP, and vendors.

Experienced in escalation management, change control governance, system integration troubleshooting, and data-driven continuous improvement initiatives within global or multi-region environments.
